1. Transport and payment within the Slovak Republic

The shipping price is for payment in advance and in the form of cash on delivery in the amount of €4.8 with VAT.

When ordering goods worth over 100 €, shipping is free. An exception is if, despite the Buyer's agreement with the courier service, the goods cannot be successfully delivered at the agreed time and place of delivery to the Buyer, or if the Seller returns the goods to the Buyer due to an unauthorized complaint.

Payment on delivery is possible only up to the value of the goods €1000. When purchasing goods over €1000, only advance payment is possible.

Transportation is provided by DPD forwarding service and the delivery of the shipment is governed by the carrier's currently valid commercial terms and conditions. Under normal conditions, the goods are delivered on the next working day after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive an information email before delivery and the courier will contact you by phone on the day of delivery.

For personal collection at the Seller's store, postage and packaging are free.

2. Shipping and payment to the Czech Republic

The shipping price is €12 with VAT.

Payment is only possible in advance by bank transfer or deposit to the Seller's account. Cash on delivery is not possible.

3. Shipping and payment to other countries

The seller also delivers goods to countries within Europe.

The shipping price is calculated individually based on the weight and volume of the shipment and the destination address. The delivery of the goods is carried out on the basis of a mutual written agreement of the price for transport and possibly other delivery conditions between the Buyer and the Seller.

Payment is only possible in advance by bank transfer or deposit to the Seller's account.
